 Hyxion Metal Industry located in Dongguan, Guangdong province in
Southern China, is the major industrial area of the world's
manufacturing. Hyxion covers an area of 300,000 square feet, and
owns a large number of advanced equipment, such as AMADA CNC
punching, bending, and die-cast machine. All of this equipment was
imported from Japan. Hyxion also invested heavily to purchase state
of the art products and testing equipment for our assembly line
production. Our current production capacity enables us to
manufacture 500 containers per year. We have more than 30
professional engineers, designers, and technicians for doing
research, development and testing. We have an on-site first class
testing laboratory.
Over the past ten years, Hyxion engaged in the development of both
indoor and outdoor gas oven & ranges. Hyxion invested over two
million dollars for research and development every year. We have
more than 20 inventions and patents on out products. We have the
global registered and self-owned brand HYXION. The main Range
components are all imported from Germany, Italy, and the USA.
Currently, Hyxion is the only manufacturer which passed both USA
and Canada's CSA safety standards and owns CSA certification in
China. Hyxion is already passed ISO9000 quality certification,
ISO14000 environment certification, and ISO18000 occupational
health certification. For our inner production management we use an
ERP system. Now, our main customers are Costco, Lowe's & Best
Buy.
